Q: Why can't I see my trading wallet deposits? A: Do wait for 5-10 min for the deposit to appear if not depending on your method of deposit on App or Web do contact us differently For APP If you deposited via Deposit USDC or Deposit Crypto For spot on the app.

Please check that you have deposited a supported token in a supported network.

If you have done otherwise (like depositing USDT instead of USDC on arbitrum), please export your private keys into a external wallet like wallet to metamask or rabby to retrieve it .

Q: Is there a minimum deposit? A: If you have erroneously deposited less, for deposited via Deposit USD or Deposit Crypto For spot on the app please reach out to Hyper Unit's support channel. Funds are with them and we have no way of recovering these funds on our end. If it is a web deposit, please contact our support channel here.

Q: Why can't I withdraw my funds? A: Withdrawals require 1 USDC for gas. In addition, you may have open orders disallowing this.
