Q: Why can't I see my trading wallet deposits? A: Please check that you have deposited a supported token in a supported network. If you have done otherwise, please export your wallet to metamask or rabby to retrieve it using your private keys. Some deposits are not supported on chain and you should reach out to Hyper Unit's support channel here: https://t.me/hyperunit @hyperunit_bot If you deposited via express deposit on Web, reach out to us on discord.

Q: Is there a minimum deposit? A: Yes there is a minimum deposit, please take note. If you have erroneously deposited less, please reach out to Hyper Unit's support channel. Funds are with them and we have no way of recovering these funds on our end. If it is a web deposit, please raise a ticket in discord. Q: Why can't I withdraw my funds? A: Withdrawals require 1 USDC for gas. In addition, you may have open orders disallowing this. If you face other issues, raise a discord ticket with your wallet address, screenshots of error etc. Q: I unstaked my funds. Why can't I withdraw them? A: Staked funds can be withdrawn after 7 days. Please wait. Q: I have issues with my card deposits and withdrawals. A: Please reach out to us on discord. Note that card withdrawals are not enabled.
