Q: Why can't I see my trading wallet deposits?
Wait 5-10 minutes for the deposit to appear. If it still does not show up, the next steps depend on your deposit method (App or Web).
App Deposits

If you deposited via Deposit USDC or Deposit Crypto For spot on the app, please check that you have deposited a supported token on a supported network.
If you have done otherwise (such as depositing USDT instead of USDC on Arbitrum), please export your private keys into an external wallet like MetaMask or Rabby to retrieve the funds.
Some deposits are not supported on certain chains. For example, ETH deposits on Arbitrum are not supported (only the Ethereum network supports ETH deposits). In such cases, reach out to Unit protocol support from their documentation: https://docs.hyperunit.xyz/faq/how-do-i-get-in-touch-with-unit

Web Deposits
If you deposited via the web or through the other two methods on the app, reach out to us on our support channel here for assistance.
To help us assist you quickly, please include the following information in your message:
Your wallet address
Destination chain (where the funds were sent)
Transaction hash or block explorer link
Brief description of the issue (which deposit method you used)
Q: Is there a minimum deposit?
If you erroneously deposited less than the minimum via Deposit USDC or Deposit Crypto For spot on the app, please reach out to Hyper Unit's support channel. Funds are with them and we have no way of recovering these funds on our end.
If it is a web deposit, please contact our support channel here.
Q: Why can't I withdraw my funds?
Withdrawals require 1 USDC for gas. In addition, you may have open orders preventing withdrawal. If you face other issues, please contact our support channel here with your wallet address, screenshots of the error, etc.
Q: I unstaked my funds. Why can't I withdraw them?
Staked funds can be withdrawn after 7 days. Please wait for the unstaking period to complete. Refer to this documentation for more information: https://hyperliquid.gitbook.io/hyperliquid-docs/hypercore/staking
Q: I have issues with my card deposits and withdrawals.
