Q: My region is not available. What should I do to sign up for a card? A: Please check the countries we do not serve if your country is not in the list it is an error please reach out to us on our support channel here. Residents of certain countries are not accepted currently. A: Spending allows you to earn based points, which is another mechanism for us to reward users down the road. Based points are different from trading XP. Q: My card based points are not accruing despite me spending. A: As payment providers take time to settle transactions, points are only credited 14 days after card spend. Q: Can I convert my card portfolio into my trading wallet? A: Unfortunately, this is not possible. Q: Can I increase my card's daily limit? A: Please reach out to us via our support channel here and we will assist on a case-by-case basis. Q: I have issues with my card deposits and withdrawals. A: Please reach out to us on our support channel here. Note that card withdrawals are not enabled.
