Q: My region is not available. What should I do to sign up for a card? A: Currently, cards are being revamped, hence we are pausing signups. Expect a new line of cards and perks when we launch. More details will be announced soon. Residents of certain countries are not accepted currently. A: Spending allows you to earn based points, which is another mechanism for us to reward users down the road. Based points are different from trading XP. Q: My card based points are not accruing despite me spending. A: As payment providers take time to settle transactions, points are only credited 14 days after card spend. Q: Can I convert my card portfolio into my trading wallet? A: Unfortunately, this is not possible. Q: Can I increase my card's daily limit? A: Please reach out to us via intercom and we will assist on a case-by-case basis. Q: I have issues with my card deposits and withdrawals. A: Please reach out to us on discord. Note that card withdrawals are not enabled.
