Q: I made a trade but I cannot generate my referral code. A: For Season 2, XP is accrued once every 3 days. Please wait for XP to be accrued before generating your code. Q: I generated a wrong referral code. Can I change it? A: Due to security reasons, we are unable to do so. We suggest to create a new wallet and create a new code. You are also able to access the old wallet for any benefits and perks, so you are not losing out. Q: I cannot edit my affiliate payout settings frequency. A: Currently, as we have internal processes, we are standardizing payout to mid and end of the month. Do look out for claimable amounts during these days. Take note a minimum of 10 dollars is needed to claim your affiliate rewards.
