Q: My deposits are not coming in. What should I do? A: Do monitor for some time. If they are still not arriving, please reach out to us on Discord with your wallet address, transaction hashes where applicable, screenshots. This way, we can assist you as fast as we can.
Q: Can I link accounts together or create sub-accounts? A: Currently, this is not possible. Q: How can I export my wallet's private keys? A: There is an export button at the top right corner where you can export your private keys. Else, you can revert to our backup site, export.basedapp.io. Q: Which wallets are not supported? A: Currently, most wallets are supported but Phantom wallet does not support HyperEVM, and thus you are unable to sign any transactions. We always recommend Rabby/Metamask. Q: My wallet is hacked. What can I do? A: That is unfortunate to hear. Please immediately shift whatever assets you have to a new wallet as we do not have access to these funds. You should also revoke access to the site. Unfortunately, most things such as XP is tied to wallet and we are unable to port these over to a new wallet.
