Q: Can I link accounts together or create sub-accounts? A: Currently, this is not possible.

Q: I login via socal method how can I export my wallet's private keys? A: 1. Login to BasedApp with your preferred social login method 2. Navigate to the top right hand corner - profile 3. Click "Export email private key" under your account owner

  1. Click on Copy Key

  1. Keep this copyed private key (KEEP THIS SAFE!) and import your key to your preferred wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet).

Q: Which wallets are not supported? A: Currently, most wallets are supported but Phantom wallet does not support HyperEVM, and thus you are unable to sign any transactions. We always recommend Rabby/Metamask. Q: I've been hacked/scammed (unauthorized transactions on my account). What can I do? A: That’s unfortunate to hear. Please follow these steps immediately:

  1. Move your assets to a new secure wallet

  2. Stop using the compromised address. Treat it as permanently unsafe

  3. Revoke access permissions Remove smart contract permissions with https://revoke.cash and browser extensions or suspicious services connected to the compromised wallet.

  4. Report to us Reach out via our support system here and provide details so we can assist with transferring your XP and referrals, which are tied to your wallet address.

  5. Understand the limitations Because blockchain transactions are irreversible and you control the wallet, we unfortunately cannot reverse the transactions of lost assets.

Q: I am using an Agent Walet. What can I do or not do? A:

Wallets can:

  • Trade perp (with perp balance)

  • Trade spot (with spot balance)

  • Swap spot tokens

Wallets cannot:

  • Set trialing stop loss

  • Transfer funds

  • Withdraw funds

  • Deposit (via arbitrum)

  • EVM browser

These functions should be performed on Hyperliquid's site.
