Q: How do I contact the customer support channel for enquireys/help A: Currently on the app you can contect our customer support channel (intercom) Firstly on the web to access our customer support channel:
Go to our website app.based.one
Login to based using your wallet account
At the bottom right there is a headset icon click on it
And create a ticket by clicking on the button "Send us a message"
Secondly to access it from the App:
Go to the app and at the home page click on the setting icon ⚙️at the top right side
On setting page click on Get Help
Then create a support ticket
