Why was my transaction declined?

Transactions may be declined for several reasons:

  • You do not have sufficient funds in your account

  • You tried to spend in a prohibited merchant category, this is imposed by our financial service provider

  • Your transaction amount exceeded the your card daily limit

  • Your transaction was deemed as high-risk by Visa.
