## How It Works

The more $BASED you stake, the more Launchpool Points you earn. Every $BASED staking pool earns points at the same rate — there is no bonus emission for any specific pool.

## Why Launchpool Is Different

## The Launchpool Flywheel

Launchpool creates value in both directions.

**For projects:** Based has one of the most valuable user bases in the ecosystem — a large community of active users with meaningful $BASED staked and a strong restaking rate. Capital, conviction, and a mid- to long-term orientation. For strong builders, that kind of distribution and holder quality is extremely difficult to manufacture on their own.

**For $BASED holders:** instead of simply holding and waiting, stakers gain ongoing exposure to the builders, products, and revenue systems growing around Based — a second engine of upside, powered by the ecosystem itself.

Holders stake $BASED → strong projects want access to our distribution → Launchpool allocates meaningful access to holders → projects grow with aligned communities and strong support → more builders want to launch through Based → more users want to hold and stake $BASED.

As more strong projects choose to launch through Based, the value of the distribution increases. As that value increases, more users want to hold and stake $BASED to access future ecosystem upside. Over time, holding and staking $BASED becomes increasingly valuable — not because we say so, but because the ecosystem earns it.

## Partner Points Campaigns

Launchpool projects may run their own points campaigns alongside Launchpool Points. These partner points are separate from Launchpool Points, and any tokens earned through a partner campaign are distributed directly by the partner under its own rules and schedule.

Participating in a partner campaign is optional and does not affect the Launchpool Points you earn from staking $BASED.
